2. Phone: If you are not aware, LIC has a toll free customer care no. 1251 you can reach LIC customer care and check your LIC Policy status by calling 1251 (Tollfree from MTNL/BSNL)

3. If you can’t use the above two options then the last step is to personally visiting the LIC branch and check the policy status. Your LIC Agent could be a great help if you visit branch. While visiting Branch office, carry all your related document with you.
